How to Make Bacon Wrapped Crackers
As I said earlier, these bacon rapped crackers are very easy. You only need 4 materials: crackers, bacon, brown sugar and concert. It is easy to make them, then let them cook completely. Yum!
How to make bacon crackers:
Heat the oven in advance, wrap the baking sheet in aluminum foil and place a cooling rack above.
Cut the bacon straps in half, then lay crackers in rows.
Put a spoonful of parmesan cheese and brown sugar on each cracker, then carefully wrap each in a strip of bacon. (If you are using thick straps of bacon, use toothpick to secure it)
Place the crackers on the rack (above the baking sheet) and bake them at 250 ° F for 2 hours.
They’ll be nice and crispy when you take them out (you can broil them for a couple of minutes to really crisp them up).
How do you reheat bacon crackers?
If you have any of these leftover…well, you probably won’t because they’re really delicious and so easy to eat. BUT, if you do have extras, or if you make a couple batches at once, they are easy to save. After cooking, let them cool and then throw them all in a freezer-safe bag. Freeze them for up to a month.
To reheat them: Take them out of the freezer and let them melt in the bag itself. Then spread them on the baking sheet and reheat them at 250 ° F for about 15-20 minutes. The oven does a good job of crisping the crackers and the bacon, even after freezing!

Crackers should be laid flat in rows on cooling racks.
Put 1 teaspoon cheese and/or brown sugar on each cracker.
Wrap 1/2 slices of bacon around the cracker covered with everything or sugar. (Keep in mind that cheese or sugar does not fall Found.)
(If you are using a thick chopped bacon like me, to keep it together, stick a toothpick through the bacon on the top of the cracker. If using a thin bacon, I don’t think it would be necessary. I liked the paper-flavored bacon and I did not get the thin chopped paper.
