Blueberry Banana Power Smoothie

This Blueberry Banana Power Smoothie is packed with berries, bananas, kale and flax seeds to keep you full and energized all morning.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • ½ Cup of Almond Milk (or Kefir)
  • 1 tbsp of Flax Seed
  • 1 Handful of Kale
  • 1 Scoop (2 tbsp) of Protein Powder
  • Optional:
  • 1 tsp of grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender. Keep the liquid at the bottom (or if using a Nutribullet pour liquid last) and blend until smooth.
