3 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup of coconut milk or coconut Bai 5
1 tbsp of maple syrup (omit if using Bai 5)
½ tsp of vanilla extract
Optional: Fresh berries for garnish
Instructions
In a mason jar combine chia seeds, coconut and cinnamon and mix together. Pour in coconut milk (or Bai) maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined. Place in fridge and let sit for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Scoop mixture into two serving bowl and garnish with berries or your favorite toppings
