⅔ Cup of Oat Flour*
3 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
¼ Cup of Maple Syrup
1 Cup of Honey Flax Barney Butter
2 Tablespoons of Almond Milk
Instructions
Line an 8×8 square pan with parchment paper
In a small bowl mix together the almond milk, almond butter and maple syrup until well combined
In a separate bowl stir together the oat flour and protein powder
Slowly stir in the dry mixture into the into the wet mixture and combine until a dough forms then kneed the dough with your hands
After this, Roll out the dough into a flat square
Place flattened dough into parchment lined pan and even out
Place dough in freezer and let cool for at least 1 hour
Take dough out of the freezer, pull out of the pan with the parchment paper and slice into 10 slices (5×2)
Store in fridge or freezer for up to approximately 3 weeks
