Happy Smooothie Tuesday friends! This vibrant pink mango dragon fruit smoothie bowl arrives just in time after a relaxing long weekend. Well, technically it’s coming in really cold, like frozen, but you get the point.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Frozen Bananas
  • 1 Pitaya Pack (dragon fruit)
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Mango
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Vega Protein Powder
  • 1 cup of Spinach
  • ½ Cup of Almond Milk (or less if you prefer a thicker smoothie)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth
  2. Serve in your favorite bowl
  3. Add Toppings (I like coconut shavings, strawberries, almond butter, granola & seeds)
