No-Bake Snickerdoodle Bites

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup of slivered almonds
  • 6 pitted medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup of roasted sunflower seeds
  • Small dish with cinnamon for rolling

Instructions

  1. Place almonds, dates and sunflower seeds in food processor.
  2. Blend until dough forms. Aprox 3-5 mins.
  3. You may have to stop processor and scrape sides.
  4. Roll dough into small balls around a 1 inch in diameter. (dough may be very warm)
  5. Put cinnamon in a small dish and coat lightly.
  6. Chill in the freezer for an hour before eating.
  7. Store in a sealed container in the freezer.
