  • ¼1/2 Cup of Almond Milk*
  • 2 Soaked Pitted Dates
  • 1 Tbsp of Almond Butter
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder
  • ½ tsp of Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup of Oats
