Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk or Non-Dairy Milk
  • 1 Tbsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice Cookie Butter
  • 1 tbsp of Chia Seeds
  • ⅓ Cup of Oats
  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Topping:
  • ¼ Cup of Granola
  • If Pumpkin Pie Spice Cookie Butter is unavailable you can substitute with regular cookie butter

Instructions

  1. In a jar whisk together almond milk and cookie butter either with a whisk or fork until combined (it’s ok if some smaller chunks of cookie butter remain)
  2. Add chia seeds, oats, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
  3. After this, Stir mixture together well until all dry ingredients are completely covered and combined
  4. Store in the fridge overnight (or at least 5 hours)
  5. To serve: Add granola on top and spoon away!
