1½ Cups of Dates
1½ Cups of Oats (GF Certified if you’re GF)
½ (15 oz) Can of Pumpkin
½ Cup of Peanut Butter (or any Nut/Seed Butter)
½ Cup of Shredded Coconut
2 TBSP Cinnamon
2 tsp Nutmeg
2 tsp Powdered Ginger
Instructions
Place all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth
Roll dough into small round balls – makes approximately 20
Let chill in fridge for +2 hrs. – or just eat the dough right away!
Wrap individually with plastic wrap or in plastic bags to store
