Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Mango
  • 1 Cup of Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 48oz of coconut or almond milk (depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
  • Optional: 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 handful of spinach

Instructions

  1. First of all, Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth
  2. If using a regular blender add liquid first, if using a Magic or Nutribullet add liquid last
