This super seed granola delivers an extra-crisp crunch with a light touch of sweetness—and it’s downright addictive. Consider yourself warned.

Ingredients

Dry

  • 3 Cups of Oats
  • 1 Cup of Slivered Almonds
  • ½ Cup of Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Cup of Super Seed Mix (equal parts buckwheat, millet, chia, flax, quinoa, hemp and amaranth seeds)

Wet

  • ⅓ Cup of Maple Syrup
  • ½ Cup Oil
  • ⅓ Cup of Almond Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF
  2. In a large bowl mix together all dry ingredients
  3. Make sure coconut oil is liquid (head in microwave for 20-30 seconds and stir)
  4. In a small bowl mix together coconut oil, maple syrup and almond butter
  5. Slowly pour wet mixture into dry mixture combining until evenly coated
  6. Grease baking tray and pour oats onto tray
  7. Bake for 20 minutes take out and stir mixture and bake for another 20 minutes (40 total) or until golden brown.
