3 oz of Goat Cheese
¾ Cups of Golden Raisins
1 Cup of Wheat Berries Cooked
Lemon Tahini Dressing
⅓ cup of Tahini (sesame paste)
⅓ cup of Lemon Juice
¼ cup of Olive Oil
1 tablespoons of Honey
Instructions
To cook wheat berries fill a sauce pan with water and bring to a boil
Add wheat berries and cook for 50 minutes then strain
To assemble salad, in a large bowl mix together arugula, goat cheese, pecans, golden raisins and wheat berries
