3 Cups of Fresh Kale, Chopped
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Gardein Blackbean Burger
¼ Cup of Chunky Fresh Salsa
2 Tbsp of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Wash and chop kale, massage with 1 tbsp of olive oil
Defrost black bean burger in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds
Sautee kale for 3-5 minutes
In a toaster oven or oven toast black bean burger for 8 minutes on 350ºF
Slice veggie burger into 8 small slices (think pizza shapes)
In a large bowl mix together sauteed kale, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, black bean burger and enjoy
