Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of frozen cherries
- 1 tsp of peeled fresh ginger root, chopped
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup of vanilla almond milk
- Toppings
- ⅓ cup of granola
- ¼ cup of crystalized ginger
- 5 fresh raspberries
- 6 fresh blackberries
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
Instructions
- In a high powered blender or food processor blend together banana, cherries, ginger, protein powder, vanilla extract, almond milk and blend until smooth
- Serve smoothie in a medium size bowl and top with granola, raspberries, blackberries, crystalized ginger and almond butter
